RESERVE A GUIDED TOUR
BY A VNMP LICENSED PROFESSIONAL

Our VNMP licensed battlefield guide tours are available during park hours from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m.  Tours must end by the time the park tour roads close to vehicles at
5 p.m.  Campaign tours may extend beyond park hours.

Our guides are called in as needed so it is best to RESERVE your tour in advance so that your guide will be standing by to meet your time schedule.  However, walk-ins are equally welcome and usually a guide can reach the Visitor Center in the 20 minutes it takes to watch our great documentary on the Siege.

VNMP guides are assigned  by the Vicksburg Convention and Visitor's Bureau travel consultant on a rotational basis, based on the days specific guides are available.

Availability information and reservations can be made through the Vicksburg Convention and Visitors Bureau by calling  (601) 636-3827 or the Park at (601) 636-0583.

The VCVB/VNMP reservation office is open until 5 p.m.

Park policy prohibits VNMP guides from being contacted directly or being booked or reserved on this web site, until assigned by the travel consultant at Vicksburg Convention and Visitors Bureau. Independent marketing or other perceived commercial activity by the licensed guides outside the direction of the VCVB is prohibited.
