MICHAEL LOGUE

Hometown: 

Vicksburg.  

My family arrived at Walnut Hills about 1812.  My great grandfather, an abolitionist inventor, bought land on the battlefield in the area of the Stockade Redan and Great Redoubt in the late 1800's.  My family sold sold land to the Government for the Park but continued grazing and dairy operations until the mid 1960's.

35 years, Corporate and Emergency Communications, U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, and the Mississippi River. Retired.

Current Interests:
Michael Logue Communications and Web Design, Master Gardener, and Genealogy Consultant.

Personal Notes:  
My passion is to bring a true understanding of the importance of this city and campaign,  and a deep respect for those who sacrificed here and worked hard to create the Park.
